The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
We use United States Postal Service for our shipping needs. Most items are mailed First Class or Priority Mail, but shipping upgrades are available.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact us within 3 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Digital Items
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
